2. Those who are already registered with the Consulate General of India, Jeddah for seeking Final Exit, before lockdown started, are not required to register again.

यदि लॉक डाउन से पहले भारतीय मुख्य कौंसलावास जेद्दाह में रजिस्ट्रेशन करके टोकन ले चुके हैं तो दोबारा यह फॉर्म भरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है.

3. This form is only for submission to Labour Offices covered under the consular jurisdiction of the Consulate General of India, Jeddah.

यह फॉर्म केवल भारतीय मुख्य कौंसलावास जेद्दाह के कांसुलर कार्य क्षेत्र में रह रहे व्यक्ति ही भरें.

4. No need to visit the Cosnulate, until you will receive a call or message from the Consulate. The process is subject to approval of MOL.
